- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Non-returnable products: personal care, intimate wear, customized or perishable items (except if defective, damaged, or incorrect)

- Go to "My Orders" → select the item → choose "Return" or "Replacement"
- Follow system instructions for pickup or drop-off based on your location and product type
- If replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead
03 Pickup, Inspection & Approval
Quality checks and approval process
Eligible products are picked up at your doorstep or dropped at a designated center. Items are quality-checked at pickup and again at our hub. If an item fails inspection (missing parts, wear, serial mismatch), the return may be rejected and sent back to you.
04 Refunds

- Partial deductions (e.g., missing accessories) will be notified before refund completion

06 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch via "My Orders." If already shipped, you may refuse delivery or apply for a return once delivered.
