Return Process
How to Start a Return:
- Log into your KartZylla account and navigate to "My Orders"
- Find the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
- Choose whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit

- Initiate return: Within 30 days of delivery
- Package and ship: Within 7 days of return approval
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when:
- Your return is received at our facility
