  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments for hygiene reasons
  • Perishable goods, food items, or health and beauty products
  • Digital downloads, software, or subscription services
  • Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or accidents
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items
  • Items purchased with promotional codes or during clearance sales (unless defective)

Items must be returned in original condition with:

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • No signs of wear, use, or damage
  • All accessories and documentation included
  • Items must pass quality inspection upon return

How to Start a Return:

  • Log into your KartZylla account and navigate to "My Orders"
  • Find the order containing the item you want to return
  • Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
  • Choose whether you want a refund, exchange, or store credit

Return Timeline:

  • Initiate return: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Package and ship: Within 7 days of return approval
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days to original payment method

What Happens Next:

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when:

  • Your return is received at our facility
  • Quality inspection is complete
  • Refund has been processed or exchange has been shipped

Free Return Shipping:

We provide free return shipping labels for:

  • Orders over $50 within the continental United States
  • Defective or damaged items (regardless of order value)
  • Items that don't match the product description
  • Incorrect items sent due to our error

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $50: $5.99 return shipping fee (deducted from refund)
  • International returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Premium shipping options available for faster processing

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Include all original accessories, tags, and documentation
  • Place the return label clearly on the outside of the package

  • Follow the standard return process and select "Exchange" as your reason
  • Specify the replacement item details (size, color, style)
  • We'll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected

  • Same item exchanges: 2-3 business days processing
  • Different item exchanges: 5-7 business days processing
